Fourth Trump co-defendant, Jenna Ellis, pleads guilty in Georgia subversion case

A third former lawyer to Donald Trump has pleaded guilty in an election subversion case in the US state of Georgia.

A fourth person who used to work as a lawyer for Donald Trump admitted to doing something wrong in Georgia. Her name is Jenna Ellis. She's one of 19 people who were accused of trying to mess with the election in Georgia.

Jenna is the fourth person in this group to say, "Okay, I did something wrong." She made a letter that said Georgia's election wasn't fair. That's what she's guilty of.

She's agreed to a deal with the lawyers in Fulton County. She'll have to follow some rules for five years, pay $5,000, and do 100 hours of community work. Jenna also said sorry to Georgia and has to help with any other parts of this case. In return, they dropped some really serious charges against her.

This case also involves Rudy Giuliani, who was once the mayor of New York City. Jenna said she helped him say things that weren't true about the election. Rudy Giuliani says he didn't do anything wrong.

In court, Jenna said she wishes she didn't help Donald Trump with these election challenges. She feels bad about what she did.

Before all of this, Jenna got in trouble with a group of lawyers in Colorado. They said she was saying things that weren't true, and it made people not trust the election. Jenna blamed other lawyers for not telling her the truth.

Jenna's not the only one who admitted to doing something wrong in this case. Two other people who used to work for Donald Trump said they did wrong things too. And another person named Scott Hall also made a deal with the lawyers.

Jenna didn't get money from Donald Trump or his supporters to help with her case. She asked why they weren't helping her. But people who support her gave her over $216,000 to pay for her defense.

Jenna used to be a big supporter of Donald Trump, but now she says she can't support him anymore. She doesn't want him to run for president again.

Jenna and the others who admitted their mistakes may become witnesses against Donald Trump in this case. The lawyer for Donald Trump said the district attorney is using these charges as a way to pressure them. He also said the case against Trump is not very strong.
