Jets frustrated as offense sputters again in loss to Chargers

The New York Jets are having a really bad season on offense. They lost a game to the Los Angeles Chargers, and some key players, Garrett Wilson and Breece Hall, are not happy. They're frustrated with the poor performance of the offense. Breece Hall said that they all need to do better, and Garrett Wilson agreed.

Garrett Wilson said it's disappointing that they can't do well on offense. He doesn't like it when they can't make enough progress on the field, and it puts a lot of pressure on their defense. The defense works really hard, and it's time for the offense to step up and help them out.

The Jets only managed to score two field goals in the game, and they made a lot of mistakes. They lost the ball three times, allowed the Chargers to sack their quarterback eight times, and had trouble converting on third down. In fact, their third-down success rate is the worst in the NFL in the last 45 years.

This isn't the first time they've had a bad game. Throughout the season, they've only scored eight offensive touchdowns, which is one of their worst starts in team history.

When asked if the issues are because of their game plan, Garrett Wilson wasn't sure. He hopes they can fix their problems by watching game videos and making improvements.

At the beginning of the season, the Jets had high hopes for their offense with quarterback Aaron Rodgers. But Rodgers got injured early in the season, and Zach Wilson had to step in. While he's shown some improvements recently, he had a tough game on Monday night. He made mistakes, missed open receivers, and didn't handle the pressure well.

The Jets' defense played well, sacking the Chargers' quarterback several times and keeping their passing yards low. But it wasn't enough to save the team.

Coach Robert Saleh didn't blame Zach Wilson for the loss. He acknowledged that it wasn't his best game but didn't call it the worst.

Zach Wilson believes he's a better player now compared to last season when he was benched twice. He feels ready to compete and is frustrated with not getting things done. He knows he needs to improve.

Coach Saleh is not planning to change the offensive coordinator, Nathaniel Hackett, even though the offense has been struggling. Aaron Rodgers has a close relationship with Hackett, so a change might not be a good idea.

Right now, the Jets rank near the bottom in points and total yards per game. The players are not happy with their performance, but they believe they can overcome this rough patch and do better in the future.
